Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hi there,
I am writing this today to request assistance in a situation I have found myself in that has negatively impacted my academic plan here at Queens. In a state of panic I impulsively dropped out of my GNDS class on solus without giving it any thought yesterday night. Once I had received assistance from a peer helping me through a panic attack I had realized the mistake I had made by dropping the course as it puts my academic plan in jeopardy and has only increased the level of stress I am feeling towards the situation. I am asking to be granted re enrolment back into my GNDS class due to being in an unstable mental state when I had dropped the class. I fully take full responsibility of my actions surrounding this situation and hope that I may be granted help in this situation. I understand the limitations of what can be done for me here but I would greatly appreciate any help in my situation.
