Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am petitioning to drop SOCY 276 for this 2023 winter semester. Initially, I thought I must retake this class, as last year I received a grade that was not ideal. However, when checking my transcripts, I realized that last year's grade was not included in my GPA, as I have already received credits from my past university. Therefore, I hope to drop this class so that I will not have to complete it for the third time or work hard on completing assignments for zero credit.
