I'm Ruixin Jin. In the past two or three months, I have been very anxious about my studies. Recently, I have had more difficulty controlling my emotions. Every night, I feel so anxious about my academic stress that I can't sleep properly. I need melatonin to sleep. During this semester, I experienced feeling powerless about my studies. I worked very hard to review the seven or eight hours of Quiz and only got very low marks. This gives me a sense of frustration and self doubt. The course content of ASTR101 is too difficult for me, and I don't think I can stick to it. After chatting with Student Health Services, I still want to drop ASTR101 They also recommended that I go to the clinic for a checkup to confirm if I have depression.
