Petition Letter: Dear Review Faculty,
I am requesting a conversion of my courses (CISC 101 and MATH 121) grades to CR (Credit).
As you may know, I was involved in a car accident. I have since dealt with physical pain and discomfort that made it difficult to focus on my coursework. Additionally, my family situation has caused significant emotional distress and further impacted my academic performance. I have all my documents in Ventus.
Given these circumstances, I believe that a conversion of my course grade to CR would be appropriate. This would allow me to maintain my academic progress without negatively affecting my GPA. In addition, I would acknowledge the extenuating circumstances that have affected my ability to perform at my best.
I appreciate your consideration of this matter. I am happy to provide any additional information or documentation necessary.
