Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am requested a CR because I feel that my final grades do not reflect my understanding of these courses. I feel like I am able to understand the content during the duration of the course and usually overachieve in any written assignments given to us. However, I unfortunately have terrible test anxiety that cause me to underperform on midterms and exams that come with a lot of pressure. This severely effects my marks as majority of my classes are heavily exam based so I am unable to fully express my knowledge. While I am comfortable with my knowledge in the course regardless of the mark, I understand that psychology students must maintain a B- in all psychology courses. Therefore, I am putting in this request.
