Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: The petition at hand was originally for an incomplete grade. Due to the information brought to my attention, I wish to change this petition to a request for a credit standing in KNPE 254 (Winter 2023). Despite the difference in the petition, the information that I provided in my initial petition regarding my circumstance still holds true in regard to what had occurred and how my ability to complete the coursework had been impeded.
