Petition Letter: Dear Officer,
I just would like to cancel a discontinued record on my final transcript.
I applied for the media certificate before and I thought I could get it straightly. However, I found I still need to study more courses to achieve the certificate. At that time, I already completed my degree plan and came back to my own country, so I just canceled it within only 7 days. (So actually I even didn’t begin with the study of the certificate).
However, the final transcript shows as I discontinued with this certificate. It seems not a good thing on my final transcript, I was wondering can the transcript not show this? If we can do this, I hope that my transcript will be revised as soon as possible, because my graduate university still needs it!

Therefore, I don't have extra time to do the certificate work when I found the certificate needs more courses to be completed.
