Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to submit a tuition fee appeal for my 2022-223 year, including courses: MATH 111, CISC 204, CISC 203, CISC 124, CISC 235, CISC 204(Winter) CISC 221, STATS 263. In order for my situation to be better understood, I would want to go into great detail about the challenges I encountered throughout the school year.
The last year has been the worst year of my life. I have been suffering with severe depression. It began in August of 2022 when my dear friend Auptin was murdered, he was only 18. It completely ruined my summer. I didn't think I was depressed since I was always taught growing up that depression isn't real and as a man these are the things you must go through in life to become stronger. I felt like I was

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I have made plans to retake all of the classes I dropped and failed in the Fall 2022 and Winter 2023 academic year in the following academic year because I am certain that with the help of medical specialists and a solid planning approach, I will be able to realize my full potential. I will be in touch with the academic advisor and get a tutor for all courses as well. And I will being on antidepressant medication for the rest of the year. Together with the petition, I have also provided my supporting records including a signed physician note.
