Petition Letter: My English has been 0. I am in Iraq. My life is in danger. I have cancer left femur. I was diagnosed with COVID-19. I apply for these courses but see this have not enrolled me. I click the enrollment and verifiy buttons 5 times before. no problem i have. no issue for me i see in my list. now i check is gone. something happen i think it remove. i dont know. i am mentally distressed. my life and future delayed. if this not work out my life is no more and i have no purpose. please look into this. english 0 and now i have problems.
