Petition Letter: Due to personal problems
I have been going to HCDS since February 2015, my counsellor will be sending a letter of support for my appeal to drop these courses.
I also had a bike accident on May 11th and I broke my right elbow and sustained a concussion
so I would like there courses removed from my transcript since I was unable to participate in the course
