Petition Letter: Hello. I have been dealing with troubling psychological challenges that have been impacting my ability to do well in school. I am unable to leave my room for classes, tutorials, and labs. I rarely am able to complete coursework on time or complete it well. It is becoming very difficult for me to do well and I am afraid this will impact my GPA. I think it is best for me to take the rest of this term off to deal with this.
