Petition Letter: I have encountered a series of unforeseen and uncontrollable events, specifically a ceiling leak in my apartment. This situation, which occurred on December 3rd, has made it impossible for me to live in my room. The leak has resulted in significant damage to my belongings due to sideways water, rendering my living conditions uninhabitable.
This distressing situation has directly affected my coursework in ENSC 330, impeding my ability to focus on academic responsibilities. Despite my efforts to address these challenges, they persist, and I am concerned about the negative impact on my academic performance.
To mitigate the effects of these extenuating circumstances, I have tried to study and leave the house. Despite these efforts, the challenges persist, and I am concerned about the negative impact on my academic performance.
I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the academic process, and I am committed to providing any necessary supporting documentation to validate my situation. This documentation includes proof of the housing emergency and evidence of the damage incurred.
