Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Throughout the semester I began to experience symptoms of depression that greatly limited my performance to schoolwork. I began to feel extremely unmotivated to complete any coursework and was unable to get myself to get out of bed in order to attend classes. Due to my mental health, I was unable to get myself to focus on work and stay engaged for long periods of time and when i fell behind was unable to get myself to catch up. My mental health affected myself to the point where I couldn't stay in Kingston and had to come home in order to seek professional help. I found it difficult to stay in contact with professors and coordinators from the school during this time. Please let me know if theres any questions and if i need any documentation.
