Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I have spoken to my professor, and he has offered me his support on my decision to drop the class. I truly do apologize. I have just had a rough time this semester completing my assignments due to unforeseen mental health issues. My other two classes should be fine, but I do not believe due to my anxiety that I am in a position to be able to write an exam. I do not want to have a fail on my transcript either.
