My name is Oscar Young, and I am currently enrolled in Art Sci; however, I was in Life Sciences last year. I am writing to formally request your consideration of my petition to change my mark from a past course to a CR/NCR as I am applying to other schools. The current mark on my transcript is hindering my ability and GPA to do so, and I will not be needing the mark in this course for the programs I am applying to. The course in question would be Computer Science CISC 151.
After carefully considering and reflecting on my academic goals and career path, I have determined that the Life Sciences are not for me, and the CISC 151 course does not align with my long-term objectives.
