Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hi. My name Rhea Kaith. I have been in POLS 320 for the last three weeks now and have struggled to keep up with the learning style of the class. The professor is excellent, however I have a very hard time keeping up with her lecture as it is very fast pace and is becoming increasingly difficult to engage in the class. I have tried through the last three weeks to try and make it work though I have not been able too. As a result I must look at my other options thus have decided that I would like to enrol in POLS 396. The learning style of the class is much more tailored to my way of learning and would significantly help me complete my degree and semester. The reason why I waited so long was because I did not want to give up on POLS 320 and try my hardest to understand and grasp the way of teaching but I am unable too. As a result, I would like to have POLS 320 dropped and POLS 396 added to my schedule, thank you.
