Petition Letter: Hello,

My name is Stella Zed, and I am requesting to be enrolled in classes passed the academic deadline. My solus wasn’t allowing me to enroll in classes, and it wasn’t until first thing in the morning on the final day to enroll in classes, February 19, 2024, that I figured out why I was being blocked with the help of an academic advisor: there was an outstanding payment on my account that my dad was supposed to pay. I contacted my dad directly after the Zoom call with the academic advisor ended, and he paid the outstanding payment directly afterward on February 19, 2024; however, the hold on my solus account wasn’t taken off in time for me to enroll in my classes by the due date even though the payment had been made. I would be very grateful if I could enroll in these classes as this was beyond my control. Please advise, thank you.
