Petition Letter: Good Afternoon,

I am a student apart of the arts and science program who took a health science course this semester (ANAT 100).

The last day to drop a course is today (March 5) which I tried to do on Solus, but it wouldn’t allow me. I reached out to my professor, and he told me the last day to drop ANAT 100 was March 1, as it is a health science course which follows different deadlines than arts and science courses.

I waited to drop the course as I was trying my best to push through it and challenge myself, but I have been unable to achieve my academic goals in this course thus far. I understand I should have done my research, but I was not aware that I was required to follow the health science calendar when I am an arts student.
