Petition Letter:
Dear Members of the Board of Studies,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Caleb Moyston, and I am currently enrolled in Math 121 and Math 111 for t. I am writing to formally request consideration for aggregate standing in these courses due to significant extenuating circumstances that have adversely affected my academic performance.
Last month, I was the victim of an unfortunate voyeurism incident, which has significantly disturbed my mental and emotional well-being. This incident has severely hindered my ability to concentrate, sleep, and maintain my usual study regimen, negatively impacting my performance during a critical period of the academic year. As a result, I was only able to sit for one exam, Cisc 121, during which I still faced considerable difficulty.
In light of these circumstances, I believe that an adjustment to an aggregate status would more accurately reflect my capabilities under normal conditions. My academic record prior to this incident attests to my dedication to my studies and my consistent performance.
I am prepared to provide any additional information or documentation necessary to support my appeal. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter and look forward to your guidance on how we might proceed.
Thank you for your consideration.
Warm regards,
Caleb Moyston
