Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I believe one of the courses I put had the wrong code - I submitted CISC 499 as one of the late drops but I actually intended on including CISC 325. CISC 325 was one of the courses that the instructor indicated an alternative option for an assessment missed would not be possible, for a deliverable worth a considerable amount of my grade - on top of an in-person quiz I was unable to attend. Furthermore, a large component was a group project that although I worked on asynchronously and submitted my own work and contributions to for the in-person presentation aspect I was not present (with approved extenuating circumstances) and the rest of my group missed their presentation day which negatively impacted our performance in the course.
