Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
hello my name is Sydney Kelly, I was scheduled to attend Queen in September of 2022 and live in the Smith residence while getting a BA in Psych. Unfortunately due to anxiety and depression drastically impacting my mental health I was unable to go through with my decision and was forced to leave the school only days after attempting to move in. My mother and I both spoke to many different people from many different departments both over the phone, in person and over email. We were told that the documentation that we handed in as well as the forms that were filed was everything that needed to be down in order to be done at the school and have no financial burden. During this time I allowed the password to my email and account expire as I was told I would no longer be in need of it and that it would be closed. I was recently informed that none of the information that I was previously informed of was incorrect and that I continued to be enrolled in fall and winter semesters and expected to pay for them. TSI has now contacted me because of this issue and I need it to be resolved. I was told that I need to get the F grades dropped through this appeal in order to then go on to other appeals and finally resolving the issue all together.
