Petition Letter: Dear Ms. Stephenson,
My grades may concern you in my abilities of pursuing physics.
In first year, I was so focused on succeeding and doing well on my courses, that I have not notice the flaws in my
my approach. Furthermore, that I have encountered same issue twice which was caused by not being able to identify the root problem during first semester.
It seemed that I have failed to notice the important factor of my flaws to mitigate on time.
I ought to withdraw for three years if this situation repeats, and I am fully aware of severe consequences on my life that it might take later on.
This may seem very challenging and overwhelming decision on your behalf.
Since I have been noticing some troubling affects on my academic in first semester, I sought help from SWS councelling. At the end of first semester, I had a chance to reflect more on this matter deeply. I have been focusing on improving my learning and study skills as some of them were not suitable to university-level currriculum. In the second semester, I have been able to incorporate stability, reflection and refinement to my approach.
At this moment, I am still continuing to work on my approach and incorporating adjustments
based on various cirumstances. I strongly belive that by the time of fall the impacts will be minimized, and a progress to be apperant.
Humbly,
Sofya
