Petition Letter

Petition Letter: Dear Faculty of Arts & Science,

My name is Linda Moeck, and I was an exchange student at the Smith School of Business during the fall term of 2023. I left Canada in December 2023 and have been studying back in Austria since then.Recently, I received an email stating that I am enrolled in DRAM 100B for the Winter 2024 term. This must be a mistake, as I was not in Canada at that time and did not attend this course. I can provide evidence that I returned to Europe in December 2023.

I urgently need confirmation from Queen’s University that I enrolled by mistake and never attended DRAM 100B. Without this confirmation, I would be required to pay debts for a course I never took and while I am no longer a student at Queen’s.Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

My student ID is 20437502.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and assistance.

Best regards, Linda Moeck

Academic Plan

Academic Plan: As already mentioned, I was an international student in fall term 2023 (from WU Vienna, Austria) and I left Canada before the end of the year 2023. I only took courses at smith school of business as I’m a student of business, but I might have enrolled for the drama class by mistake. I cannot explain it otherwise, I have never attended the course and I was not in Canada in 2024. if you wish, I can also provide proof (my landlady’s confirmation of me. Leaving Kingston/my flight ticket back home etc).

Kindest regards,
Linda Moeck
