Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
My name is Noah Wight and I am a first-year student in Con-Ed. I am going to study astrophysics. I am writing to you today because I’m currently enrolled in MATH 120, and I’m now realizing that I’m in the wrong course, I’m not understanding the course material and I’m really struggling with the theory of the course. I was talking to upper year students in my program from the physics help desk. They are doing the same path as I plan to do and they were suggesting that I should switch over to MATH 121. I did more research and realized that it would be beneficial for my degree if I were to drop MATH 120, I do not think that I will be able to unlock my full understanding of calculus in MATH 120 and think that it is important to understand calculus for my astrophysics degree and switch to MATH 121.
