Petition Letter: Hello, I am a second year online student and I am submitting this petition to be able to add a course to my term after the deadline. Whilst picking my classes at beginning of term I was placed on a few waitlists and never got the classes, therefore I only have 6 credits this semester. Due to financial reasons, I need to be enrolled as a fulltime student, and I failed to do so before the deadline passed. I am currently in ANAT 100 and PHAR 100, and I would like to add a course, either EMPR or IDIS. As I tried to enroll in FREN 360, I was told that even though i am fully capable and francophone, the class was moving at quite a fast pace and the professor thought I would not be set up for success with a late enrollment. I would be eternally grateful if you would let me into either class this semester. I will not make this same mistake next term.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: Currently I am in BSH Environmental Sciences, but I have decided to take a step back this year and only do a few classes which will set me up for success in Paramedic College next year. I full intend to finish my bachelor, just not right away. My plans are to take this year to prepare for paramedic college and once I have set into my career (estimating 3-4 years) I will pick up my bachelor and finish the credits. This is why I am taking classes like ANAT and PHAR, and why I would like to get into IDIS 280. Hopefully this helps you understand why I have submitted this petition and I am looking forward to your response and decision.
