Petition Letter: Dear whom it may concern,
I am hoping to request to add a course after the deadline. This is mainly due to personal health issues during the summer. My original plan was to be a part time student for the fall and become full time during the winter when my body is better.
However, now that body state has improved, I am hoping to join this course and maintain a full time student for this term as well.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: Now that I have a better body and mental state, I will be able to put in more effort and I am dedicated to succed in this course. My original plan was to take a lighter course load, which has worked for the past year and I am ready to get back into a more fulfilling study period.
