I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request approval to take an International Business course through CEA CAPA Paris and transfer the credit back to Queens as part of my academic program.
The course aligns with my academic goals, as it provides a global perspective on business practices that will complement my current studies. I believe this international experience will greatly enhance my understanding of the subject and provide valuable insights into the complexities of global markets, which are increasingly relevant in today’s economy. This course offers an immersive learning experience, allowing me to study International Business in a diverse International setting, furthering my understanding of the topic. I am confident that the knowledge I have gained will stay with me when I return to Queens and enter the work world.
I have thoroughly reviewed the course syllabus and ensured it meets the academic standards required for credit transfer. I am more than willing to provide any additional documentation or course details that you may require for your review.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: This fits right into my academic plan of getting a degree in political science and then doing a 5th year and getting a business certificate. Doing international business will go towards one of my classes that I need to be able to get a business certificate. I find business and politics go hand in hand, and I feel that doing this course will further my understanding of the world of politics.
I plan to continue to meet with my classmates and grow my relationship with my teacher to ensure I get the most out of my experience and the best understanding possible. I also plan to keep in contact with my employer from this summer to talk about what I learned in class and relate it to my current work. Business can only happen with politics, and learning more about International business will improve my understanding of both.
