Petition Letter: My mother has been subjected to domestic violence and has been hospitalised, which has affected my ability to sit for my exams. In order to give you a better understanding of how I have been affected, I will provide a written statement with the necessary supporting documents, please see the attachment I have submitted.
Academic Plan
Academic Plan: After the exam, I still had mixed feelings, but my mother's awakening gave me some relief. I have
decided to take a series of remedial measures, including reflecting deeply on the exam mistakes,
communicating with my professors to seek remedies, making use of the holidays to
comprehensively review my knowledge, focusing on emotional management and study planning,
as well as returning to my home country as soon as possible to take care of my mother after the
end of the exams, and at the same time, setting up an effective support system to balance my
academic and family responsibilities. I believe that through my efforts, I will be able to make up
for my academic losses, adjust my mindset, and balance my mother's recovery with my own
academic development.
