Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I have decided to not contest the grade but to drop the class. it is very important that my grade point average goes up this semester and I really need this class off my academic records. I know the amount of energy and hours I put into this class and failing it just goes to show that this class structure just doesn't work for me. I've come to accept that but now I need to perform some damage control so my trial of this course doesn't fully affect my academic progress.
