I am writing to respectfully request an exception to the undergraduate transfer credit limit policy, as I require approval for 3 additional transfer credits to fulfill my graduation requirements.
1. Current Academic Status
• Credits Completed: 117/120 credits (including courses in progress)
• Remaining Requirement: 3 credits in electives
• Summer Course Limitations: Queen's Summer 2025 offerings allow only 4 courses, which would still leave me 3 credits short of graduation.
2. Proposed Resolution
I plan to enroll in ARTH 2131 History of Photography at Hubei University of Technology this summer. The syllabus is attached.
