Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,
As an Israeli citizen, I have been called to fulfill mandatory military service, which will prevent me from writing my EMPR 270 final exam. This obligation is beyond my control.
I have submitted my verified and approved Request for Excused Absence for Significant Event/Activity (REASE) form to my professor, Jacoba Lilius, to discuss alternatives to the final exam. She advised me to apply for aegrotat standing, which she has expressed her support for.
Given these circumstances, I would greatly appreciate your approval of this request.
