I submitted my academic petition but am unsure if my written catch up plan was included. Incase my petition is missing this section, I have included it below.

Moving forward, my plan includes:
- Continuing on antidepressants under medical supervision.
- Routine counseling and psychiatric care
- Regular check-ins with my GP and QSAS advisor.
- A structured schedule including a reduced course load and summer courses.
- Consistent exercise to support my mental and physical well-being.
