Petition Letter: I am writing to formally request a late withdrawal from CISC121 from tthe Winter 2025 term.

As an international student, I have been experiencing a great deal of academic and personal pressure while adjusting to life in a new country, new academic environment, and English-speaking classroom. These challenges have affected both my mental well-being and academic performance.

Last week, due to these ongoing stresses and the overwhelming workload, I unfortunately missed the final deadline to drop the course through SOLUS. I felt especially anxious about the exams, to the point where I was losing sleep and having difficulty focusing on other courses. The fear of failing became overwhelming, which greatly affected my mental state and academic confidence.So I sincerely hope you will consider my situation.
