Petition Letter: Good day,
The recent strike impacted PSYC 331 greatly; due to these interruptions, my mental health and academic performance were significantly affected. The professor indicated that students can request a CR if the course is passed or a late drop if the course is failed. Final grades are being distributed based on the midterm exam and coursework completed before the strike. I do not believe my true academic potential was assessed as the final exam was cancelled and final assignment dates were postponed until the strike ended, which did not occur during the Winter term.
Due to the impacts of the strike, I would like to request a late course drop.
