'' I know that this is a frustrating outcome and one that I would have preferred to avoid. I am not able to offer exceptions or special considerations for issuing a letter grade. Since I have determined that issuing a letter grade is not possible for EMPR 200 and the Dean’s office will provide credit standing to those students who have completed the majority of assignments, any additional questions or concerns about CR or letter grades should be directed to the Dean’s office in the Faculty of Arts and Science.''
