I respectfully request the following actions as part of my academic petition:
Removal of grades for the following Fall 2024 courses from my transcript:
• CISC 101
• ECON 112
Removal of Incomplete (IN) designations for:
• MATH 121 (Fall 2024: Sept–Dec 2024)
• WRIT 125 (Winter 2025: Jan–Apr 2025)
