Petition Letter
Petition Letter: For the Winter 2025 semester, the TA strike drastically impacted my learning, thus influencing my performance on the final CHEM 110 final exam. Since I am a hands on learner that likes to ask a lot of questions in person, I found that discontinuing the weekly tutorials and TA teachings limited my understanding. I was unable to ask any question or be provided with any sort of feedback. I believe consequently that the overall weight of the final exam was extremely difficult, and I think that my performance did not demonstrate my overall knowledge as I had an 80 going into the final exam. I think that by looking at my deliverables below, one can see how my grades before the final exam before the strike were significantly higher than that of the final exam, making the exam an outlier. Thank you for your consideration.
