Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,
I am appealing for a late course drop in MATH 121, in the 2014-2015 school year.
I would like to inform you that I got ill with a serious illness at the beginning the winter semester of this year. It was my full intention to complete Math 121 in the winter term of this year; however, my illness disabled me from doing coursework through this term. I did not drop the course prior to the allowed date as I was still hoping that I would recover enough to complete within the school year. This illness is well documented and I have had the full support and help of my doctors.
I hope that I have provided clear and logical explanation for this reason to appeal for a late course drop in MATH 121. If there is any more information or documentation that I can provide to be of help please do not hesitate.
