Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: re-submitted my transcript (PDF) to the portal today to ensure it is on file. This petition seeks approval to exceed the LOP 6.0-unit cap (third transfer credit). Due to this year’s Modular Plan update, I now require a Math/STAT minor and am one course short to graduate. My graduation was already delayed by one year due to COVID-era disruptions and personal circumstances, and my family cannot support another year. Please confirm receipt of the transcript and advise what specific documents are still missing so that my petition can move to “In Review.”
