Petition Letter: To Whom it may concern;
The course F16 - French that I was enrolled for this past summer, was incorrectly dropped. I had a stroke in February of 2015 and am still not back to my old self. I had spoken with the Professor before the dropping deadlines had ended to drop the course and she had granted it to me.
I was just never officially dropped from the course, and now have a final grade of 'F' as I did not complete any of the required work.
Please let me know if I can provide any further information as I am really not sure as to whether I am doing this properly.

Academic Plan: I'm not sure if I need to complete this. As soon as I am capable of completing the work I would like to be able to resume taking Interest courses via the internet.
