Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I have dropped the winter term portion of CHEM 100 and would like to receive credit for my fall term work by adding CHEM 113 (Fall 2025) in its place.

During the fall term, I completed all lecture and lab components up to and including my lab on Wednesday, November 6, 2025. However, due to extenuating personal circumstances, I will be moving back home and transferring to York University for the Winter 2026 term to continue my studies in Psychology. As I will no longer be attending Queen’s in the winter, I had to withdraw from the full-year CHEM 100 course. When I dropped the winter portion (CHEM 100B), it automatically removed the fall portion (CHEM 100A) from my record.

I am therefore requesting to receive credit for the work I have completed in the fall term by changing CHEM 100A to CHEM 113. This would accurately reflect the coursework and labs I have successfully completed this semester and support my academic record as I prepare to transfer to York.
