Petition Letter: Dear Dr. Dorit Naaman,
I hope you are doing well. I am submitting this petition to request an extension of my BIOL 103 deferred final exam beyond the currently scheduled deferred exam sitting dates due to scheduling constraints within the deferred exam period, in combination with my approved QSAS accommodation requirements, and a system access failure (course lockout) that occurred immediately prior to a scheduled exam sitting. This has resulted in an exacerbation of disability-related symptoms.
Mitigation requested:
To extend my BIOL 103 exam deferral and reschedule both BIOL 103 exam parts to a date after midterm break and consideration of an evaluative grade, given that I currently have a 97% in the course (72/74), and the final exam is the only remaining assessment component. A B- is already noted on SOLUS.
