Petition Letter: Hi there.
I have academic accommodations, including a reduced course load due to General Anxiety Disorder. To date, I have been able to manage 3 courses well. I took on more courses this term and I am beginning to struggle again. I have carefully reviewed my course load and associated workload for this semester and have realized that I need to reduce my course load yet again for better academic performance. Specifically, I need to remove FILM 250. It is a required credit for my program that I would need to focus on next year. In trying to rearrange my course load under stress, I accidentally dropped a film elective course. I would like to add FILM 340 at this time which in online. Having an online course while taking on campus courses also helps me manage. Thank you for considering my requests.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I am petitioning to drop a course late and pick up an online elective to help me improve my academic performance. I will maintain a course load of 3 courses. A reduced course load is part of my academic accommodations in Ventus established with Queen's Student Accessibility Services (QSAS).
