Since the beginning of this semester, I have been suffering from persistent and severe headaches, accompanied by chronic insomnia. These symptoms have not only persisted but have also gradually worsened over time. The combined effects of physical pain and sleep deprivation have severely impaired my concentration, making it impossible for me to attend classes regularly or complete assignments to the best of my ability. In particular, the lack of sleep has negatively impacted my performance on exams. In light of these health issues, I earnestly request that you reconsider my application. I hope you will approve my withdrawal request, allowing me to recover my health and return to my studies in better condition.
