Petition Letter: I couldnt drop it during the time period to drop it because of being unable to log into solus for the entire day and could only resolve the issue with tech support on the 8th, due to my phone, which i need to receive solus verification codes from being unusably damaged on the screen. I have supporting evidence for both the tech support and phone issues
