Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,

I am requesting to drop this class from my transcript, as I was unsuccessful in passing it given the circumstances that were happening within my term. I tried to get the grade changed through an appeal as I felt as if on top of my extenuating circumstances, there were improper happenings with the professor teaching this course.

However, I would like to get this stricken from my transcript for this past year as I am going to be taking the class again this term, and given the circumstances, I would like to be able to put my best foot forward in the class and not reflect my efforts from this previous year.
