Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: There are 2 courses from last year (PSYC 251 & BIOL 350) that currently have recorded F's on my transcript. I wish to appeal to waive the 21 day window to drop these courses from my transcript. As I have previously recorded with your department, my father took his own life while I was actively enrolled in these courses. Because of this I was unable to complete them and do not wish to see the material in the near future. I simply wish to have these courses dropped from my transcript so there is no impact on my GPA.
