Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I have chronic pain and chronic fatigue due to multiple vertebra and pelvic fractures and an acquired brain injury that i sustained about four and a half years ago. I had a flare up of pain this semester and was in and out of the hospital and on bed rest for almost two months. This made it impossible to attend class or even keep up with the course readings.
