Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: For those whom may concern, I sincerely request to drop the course, BIOL 102. The reason why is I thought I dropped the course however, in reality, it did not. Because of that I have not participated in most of the labs and lectures.
More specifically detailed, in the beginning of the term, I was started to get overwhelmed of the school works. Soon, I was so depressed, I started not going to any of the labs and lectures, staying only in my dorm room. I did try to get back on track such as finishing the mid-term test however, it was difficult to do so with that mental health. Thus, I gave up, dropped the course, then returned to my home which in Oakville. I did went back because I did not wanted to deal with any of the stuff. While I was back in my home, I spent most of the time dealing with the depression. Eventually, I went back to Queen's because I wanted to try one more time and also worried about my future. I did try to catch up by finishing missed chemistry labs. Then I realized that this course, BIOL 102 was not dropped, thus Im writing this appeal letter. Please help.
