Petition Letter: Hi,
I am planning on studying at East China Normal University, in Shanghai for the winter semester. The application is made through the CRCC study abroad program, which helps for the accommodation, food plan, activities, course selection, conferences and part time unpaid work. I am very excited to go study in China for the semester beginning February 22nd and ending June 4th. However, I need credit transfer permission to ensure my place on the program as soon as possible.
